What is Ruha Embodied Voice?
Ruha Embodied Voice is Sarah’s signature method using breath, vocal toning, intentional speaking, sacred language, and embodied listening to support personal and spiritual growth.
I'm new here. Where should I start?
New clients begin with the $99 Intro Session. After completing your intake form, Sarah will review it before your visit and use your first session to better understand what you want support with and what your next steps could look like.
What happens in a private session?
Each 50-minute session is personalized. You’ll talk with Sarah about what you’re navigating, set an intention, and explore practices from the Ruha Method based on what feels most supportive.
What is Voice Journey?
Voice Journeys are different areas of focus within Sarah’s private work. You do not need to choose one before your first session; Sarah will help you explore what makes sense for you.
How do I schedule my appointment?
After you purchase your private session, you’ll be taken to a next-step page with instructions to schedule your session and complete the intake form(if it's your first session). You’ll also receive a confirmation email at the address you used at checkout. If you’re prompted to create an account, follow that quick step so you can access anything connected to your purchase.
